 Our Mission.

Fit Body Toddy Fitness (FBTF) is built around the idea of making reaching your fitness goals by making it simple. Many people like to overcomplicate fitness and try different fads or trends that are not maintainable long term. FBTF’s mission is to provide each client with all the tools necessary to reach their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle that they can maintain for the rest of their lives. We do this by providing each client with their workouts, nutrition plan, exercise demonstration videos, and progress checks with the use of a single app. Gone are the days of keeping multiple notebooks that keep getting lost or torn up. Since most Americans utilizes their phones for numerous activities, FBTF joined the app party and made your entire fitness program accessible on your mobile device.

FBTF prides itself on working with a wide range of people with varying fitness goals. People seeking weight-loss is our largest demographic, but we also work with those who are looking to improve strength, endurance, athleticism and mobility. We offer practical nutrition plans and comprehensive workout routines for those who are attempting to build strength & mass as well as cut weight. Our goal is to assist in keeping you on your path. Whatever your fitness goals, FBTF is here to help.

Train

I founded Fit Body Toddy Fitness in 2013 after spending time working in commercial fitness centers. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2012 and have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their fitness goals, no matter how big or small. Growing up, I was always very active and enjoyed playing a variety of sports (mainly basketball). I got my first taste of the fitness industry during the summer between my freshman and sophomore years of high school when my cousin trained me to help me put on muscle mass. I saw great results and thought it was awesome that it is possible to do this for a living. After graduating high school and having to find a new alternative to playing basketball, I immersed myself in fitness and learning as much as I could about the body. I attended Arizona State University and graduated in 2013 with a BS in Exercise in Wellness. I have continued to expand my knowledge with a wide array of certifications across the fitness industry.

Gabby Hillery-Trainer

Growing up I was influenced by my dad who was constantly working out and teaching me about the importance of nutrition. I was involved in sports from the age of 4 until I graduated high school. As soon as I was old enough to have a gym membership, I had my dad sign me up and he taught me the basis for everything I know about fitness. That is where my passion for fitness began. Along with fitness, I am also equally as passionate about nutrition. I went to Arizona State University and got my degree in nutrition and graduated in December 2019. With my degree in nutrition and my passion for fitness, my goal is to help others transition into healthy and fit lifestyles. I want not only to transform peoples’ bodies to be more fit and strong but also help to create a healthy lifestyle that can sustainable for years.
