If you have not heard of TRX Suspension Training, you’re in for a treat! I recently have been educating myself more on all the different way to get great workouts on this apparatus. TRX Suspension Training was made by a US Navy Seal and it uses bodyweight exercises to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. It is used widely in the US Military, by athletes and personal trainers alike. When you train with a TRX Suspension Trainer, you are training to make your body move better. It is generally not used for body-part specific training but certain exercises can certainly complement a fitness program that does body-part specific training. I personally like using the TRX with clients because you can use it with just about anybody with any fitness goal. I’ve used this with clients from age 13 to 75 and every age in between with an equal amount of success. TRX does not require much space to use to get an incredible workout.
