Partner Training

 

If you have always wanted to do Personal Training but never had the budget for it, THIS IS FOR YOU! Partner Training utilizes the UNIQUE FBTF Fitness System so that you and your partner can work together to achieve your fitness goals. FBTF specializes in several areas of fitness including:

  • Weight Loss
  • Muscle Gain
  • Post Physical Therapy
  • Senior Fitness
  • Endurance
  • Circuit Training/HIIT
  • Flexibility
  • TRX Suspension Training
  • Core Strength

It is recommended to work with a trainer 2-3 times per week for best results. You and your workout buddy will receive fitness homework as well that you can do together even when you are not working out with your trainer.
